Using Repeatish

Businesses may use Repeatish to create and operate visit-based reward programmes. Customers may use it to join participating programmes, record eligible visits and claim earned rewards. You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully.

Business responsibilities

• Keep owner login details secure and maintain accurate business information.
• Clearly describe each reward, its required visits and any genuine limitations.
• Honour valid rewards shown as earned in the café dashboard.
• Use customer information only for the café relationship and applicable lawful purposes.
• Inform staff how to confirm and record redemptions correctly.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must use their own mobile number and may record only genuine eligible visits. Attempts to duplicate scans, manipulate progress, impersonate another person or claim a reward dishonestly may result in rejected visits or suspended access.

Rewards

Participating cafés create, fund and fulfil their own rewards. Repeatish provides the technology used to record progress and redemption; it does not supply the food, drink, discount or other benefit promised by the café.

Availability and changes

Repeatish is an evolving early-stage service. Features may change, and temporary interruptions may occur. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features when needed for security, reliability or product development.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend accounts that misuse the service, compromise security, create fraudulent activity or breach these terms. Business owners may request permanent account deletion.
